About this property
Woolbrook Reservoir is a former reservoir at the top of a quiet lane, less than a mile and a half from Sidmouth. A long entrance hall opens into a triple-height foyer, and the house is wrapped in glass around a planted atrium, with three sets of French doors on the ground floor.
The kitchen, snug and dining room are open plan, with a table that seats 10 and extends to 16. There's also a living room, a games room with a pool table and darts, and a gym. In the atrium there's a fire bowl and a covered area with table tennis.
Up a flight of outside stairs, the private top garden has lawn, a deck with a drinks bar, a wood-fired hot tub, a gas barbecue and countryside views. Sidmouth, the Jurassic Coast and the South West Coast Path are all close by.
