The shortlist that gets a group to a decision.

Pin stays from Flock or anywhere else. Share a link so everyone can compare, comment and vote. No sign-up or app required.

“Such a handy tool. Having every stay in one place made it so much easier for everyone to choose.”
Sarah, hen weekend organiser

How it works

  1. Step 1

    Pin anything.

Save stays as you browse Flock. Found something on another site? Paste the link: an Airbnb, a hotel, the cottage someone's sister swears by. It all goes on one list.

  2. Step 2

    Share one link.

Drop it in the group chat. Everyone can look, compare, comment and vote for their favourite.

  3. Step 3

    Decide.

Watch the group settle it in the open instead of in seventeen separate DMs. Mark the pick when it's made.

Why it takes anything from the web

Flock is built for the person who ends up organising. Your job is to get the trip booked, and that means comparing whatever the group throws at you, not just what we list. So the shortlist takes any link. If the group picks something that isn't on Flock, good: the trip's happening, and that's what matters.

Frequently asked questions

Does the group need to sign up?

No. Anyone with the link can comment and vote. They give a first name the first time they weigh in, so nothing is anonymous.

Can I add places that aren't on Flock?

Yes. Paste any link and it joins the list: other booking sites, hotels, restaurants, even the minibus quote. You can tidy the title before it goes on.

What happens on other devices?

Open the shortlist link on any device and carry on where you left off. Your organiser link is the master copy, so keep it safe or have it emailed to you.

Does Flock take a booking fee?

No. Bookings are made with the owner or letting agency at their price, and Flock adds nothing.
