About this property
Tumbly Hill is three contemporary townhouses in Kingsbridge, with views over the estuary and a level two-minute walk into the town centre. Larkrise has four bedrooms and Meadow Bank and Estuary Reach three each, so the group of 20 is split across the three townhouses.
Each house has its own kitchen and utility room, a first-floor living room with estuary views that opens onto a balcony, and a large terrace with outdoor sofas. Every bedroom has a king-size bed and is on the first or second floor. The dining tables seat eight in Larkrise and six in each of the other two.
Kingsbridge is a market town at the head of the estuary in the South Hams, with pubs, restaurants, two supermarkets and a cinema, and a seasonal ferry runs to Salcombe. Sandy beaches are within five miles.
The stay is three townhouses: Larkrise with four bedrooms, and Meadow Bank and Estuary Reach with three each, each with its own kitchen, dining table and living room.
