The Lost Manor sits at the end of a private drive in its own grounds, with open lawns for picnics and croquet, woodland paths, a private astro-turf tennis court and an outdoor pool. It lies just outside Chulmleigh, whose pubs, restaurant and bakery are a short walk from the gates.
The formal dining room seats 20, so the whole group can eat together, and it has French doors out to the terrace. Cooking for that many is shared between two kitchens: the main one with a range cooker and a farmhouse breakfast table, and a professional-grade catering kitchen with gas ranges and a commercial dishwasher. The drawing room has an open fire, a large Smart TV, books and games.
For wet days or quieter hours there's a snooker room, an indoor sauna and a gym, and beyond the house a full-size yoga and dance studio for group sessions or indoor play.
