Swan Haven is in the seaside village of Torcross, with sea views and a sunny terrace looking out over Start Bay. Torcross beach is 400 yards away, and Slapton Ley and the coast path are close by.
Inside, a large sitting room with a woodburner opens into a conservatory, there's a separate snug with games consoles, and the dining room has a table for 12 with sea views. The heated indoor pool, with a slide, is open all year round, and the garage has a games area with table tennis, a small snooker table and table football.
Outside, the front terrace has seating for 12, and the rear garden has a lawn, a gas barbecue and a thatched dining area for eight that's available from May to September. A football field with goal posts sits next door.
