Halcyon House is a period house in Dartmouth, set over three floors with views over the river, and it can also be let as two separate apartments. The town centre and the waterside promenade are just over a 10-minute walk away, and Warfleet Creek, with its benches by the water, is close by.
On the ground floor, the kitchen has a raised table with stools for six, and the dining room table seats eight, or up to 12 with chairs brought in from other rooms. The first-floor living room opens onto a balcony facing the river, and a second kitchen with a dining area for six on the top floor gives the group another place to gather.
Outside, terraces at the rear and side have several places to sit, including a raised patio with seating for eight. The beach at Blackpool Sands is three miles away.
The house can also be let as two separate three-bedroom apartments, so the stairs from the first floor to the top floor carry a 'Private The Holt' sign; ignore it when you have the whole house.

- Parking: Two cars, private off-street (one in a garage), the second space may not suit some larger cars; free on-street parking on Weeke Hill
- Towels: Bed linen and towels are included; bring your own beach and dog towels
- Access: Every door is down steps from the parking spaces: 30 to the top rear door, 48 to the side entrance and 58 to the front door. Arriving on foot, the main access is from Warfleet Road, three steps up from a raised footpath. An access statement is available
