The house is arranged over three floors, with two lounges, one with a woodburner, a kitchen with a range cooker, and a dining room that opens onto the rear patio. The six bedrooms are on the two split-level floors above, three on each, and two of the upper rooms have sea views.
Outside, a large patio at the back has dining tables and chairs, with a lawn and a charcoal barbecue. From the beach, the South West Coast Path runs to Beer in one direction and Lyme Regis in the other.
