About this property
Tall Trees is four glamping tents in a meadow next to an orchard, ten minutes from Glastonbury, booked here as the whole site. Each is a canvas lodge on a timber frame, with canvas that can be rolled up, and each sleeps six in three bedrooms, with its own kitchen, wood-burning stove and table for six. Each tent's shower room is in a separate cabin right next to it, across the decking.
Every tent has covered outdoor seating and a table with benches on its decking, and a cast-iron barbecue and firepit. For time together there's communal outdoor space with a barbecue and fire pits, a pizza oven that can be hired, and the games room and large dining area in the main farmhouse can be hired for group occasions.
The site is on the Somerset Levels, flat wetland that suits walking, cycling and birdwatching, with a pub at Pennard within walking distance. Cheddar Gorge and Caves are less than half an hour's drive away.
