About this property
The Dairy House is surrounded by private parkland on the Dillington Estate, a 3,000-acre working farm, and keeps its mullioned windows, original oak beams and a big stone fireplace with a woodburner.
There are two places where all 16 can eat together: a table for 16 in the open-plan kitchen and living room, and another in the garden room, which looks out over the garden. A second, separate living room has a large Smart TV, and the main house and the Cowshed each have a family bathroom.
Outside there's a wood-fired hot tub, a stone terrace for eating out, a lawned garden with fruit trees you can pick from, a private wood at the back and a chicken coop where you can collect eggs.
Bedrooms 5, 6 and 7 are in the Cowshed, a converted barn yards away from the main house.

- Access: Some doorways have slightly raised steps, and there's one internal staircase
- Garden: The garden is enclosed but not dog-proof, and the gate by the cattle grid is usually left open
