About this property
Bow Bridge House and its cottages are Grade II listed and sit beside a creek in the South Hams, where the shallow Harbourne River runs past on its way to the Dart. Three pubs are within about half a mile's walk.
The house has a main sitting room and a snug, each with a log burner, a kitchen with a Falcon range cooker, and a dining area and sunroom with a table for eight that opens onto the patio. Each cottage has its own front door, a sitting room with a wood-burning stove and its own kitchen.
Outside there's a paved patio with a hot tub and a Big Green Egg barbecue, and a garden with a summer house and a small island in the stream. A Canadian canoe is there for trips down the river.
Totnes is three miles away and Dartmouth eight; the beach at Blackpool Sands is about 20 minutes' drive, and Dartmoor is about 20 minutes in the other direction.
The bedrooms are split between Bow Bridge House (four) and two cottages, 2 Bow (two) and 3 Bow (one), each cottage with its own front door, sitting room and kitchen.
