About this property
21W is a 1950s house on a tree-lined road in Canford Cliffs, extended and modernised by an owner who grew up there, and about five minutes' drive from the beach. Her additions include a loft conversion and an open-plan kitchen and dining area with a glass wall.
On the ground floor a separate lounge with a wood burner sits apart from a large L-shaped open-plan room: the kitchen, a dining area seating up to 14 at tables that can be split up, a games area with a pool table and darts, and a snug with a games console.
Outside there's a large lawn, a summer house with toys and games, a small orchard with a fire pit, a Jacuzzi spa tub, a patio with a gas barbecue and an outdoor shower. A concierge service can help with extras such as private catering, restaurant reservations, boat trips and spa treatments.
The annex bedroom is in a detached annex in the rear garden, with its own kitchen and lounge.
