About this property
Wormsley Grange sits on its own at the end of a long private track that crosses a golf course and runs through woodland, with uninterrupted views over the Herefordshire countryside. The two-bedroom cottage, with its own open-plan living space, has a separate entrance opposite the twin oast towers at the courtyard entrance.
In the house, the dining room has a wood burner and a table seating up to 25. There's a sitting room with a second stove, a drawing room with full-height bay windows and a games room with a 7ft pool table. Off the courtyard, a separate building has a boot room, a shower room and, upstairs, a media room with a 65-inch screen and table tennis.
The garden at the back is mostly lawn, with low terraces, a patio and a firepit. There's a village shop five minutes' drive away in Tillington, and Hereford, Ludlow, Hay-on-Wye and Ledbury are all nearby.
The stay is Wormsley Grange, with 10 bedrooms, and a two-bedroom cottage with its own open-plan living space, entered separately from the main house, opposite the twin oast towers at the courtyard entrance.
