St Vincent House is a Victorian townhouse over three floors in Llandudno, the largest seaside resort in Wales, within walking distance of the town's two beaches, the Victorian pier and promenade, and the Great Orme.
On the ground floor, the kitchen-diner has one table for all 16, with twin ovens and an island with seating for four, and there is a lounge with Sky TV on the same floor. A second lounge on the top floor has its own Sky TV and table football, so there are two places to spread out. Bedroom 5 has bunk beds, and Bedroom 1, a double with its own wet room, is on the ground floor just off the entrance hall.
Outside, there's an enclosed seating area with garden furniture. The listing puts the beach about a quarter of a mile away, the nearest pub and shop a little closer, and the station about three-quarters of a mile.
