About this property
105 The Beach House is in Penrhyn Bay, between Llandudno and Rhos-on-Sea, with sea views from the kitchen-diner and the garden. The Angel Bay seal colony is within walking distance, and in October and November there's a chance of seeing seal pups from the clifftop.
Downstairs centres on the kitchen-diner, where the dining table seats all 12 and folding glass doors open onto the decking and an enclosed garden. A small lounge area with seating for six looks out over the sea, and when the group wants to split up there's a cinema room with an 85-inch TV and a games room with table football.
The Beach Cafe is about 0.1 miles away and the Co-op about 0.4 miles, and Llandudno, with its shops, bars and restaurants, is three miles away. The northern reaches of Eryri (Snowdonia) National Park are a short drive away.
