Morstones sits in its own grounds on the edge of the Bantham estuary, looking across to Burgh Island. The village shop is 100 metres away, the pub 200 metres, and Bantham's surf beach half a mile.
There are two sitting rooms downstairs, one with a bay window seat facing the estuary and the other with an open fire and doors to a garden room, and the kitchen has a large dining table. Three of the five bedrooms are on the ground floor, including a bunk room with two sets of bunks, and two are upstairs.
Steps lead down from a gated driveway to the house, which is surrounded by mature gardens and a large lawn looking over the water. Dogs can walk on the Avon estuary beach all year, while the main beach has dog restrictions from May to September.
