Manor Farm House is a restored 16th-century farmhouse on the edge of Failand, across the fairway from the Bristol and Clifton Golf Course, with its rooms spread over three floors. The entrance hall keeps its original flagstones, and the sitting room has a log burner.
The dining room seats 10, next to a farmhouse kitchen with a range cooker and doors out to the terrace. Up in the attic there's a games room and snug with large sofas, a pool table and a bar area.
Outside, lawns and wildflowers wrap around the house, and the decked terrace has a wood-fired hot tub, a sauna and a barbecue. Swimming here means the natural pond in the garden, which is unfenced. Bristol's harbourside is 5 miles away.

- No smoking, vaping or candles.
- Dogs must be on a lead at all times, must not be left unattended in the property unless privately arranged with the owner beforehand, and must be kept out of bedrooms and off furniture.
