Home Cottage is a recently refurbished thatched cottage in the coastal village of Thurlestone, with the village shop and pub about 400 metres away and sandy beaches half a mile off.
The kitchen and breakfast room has a bespoke table that seats all 13, and steps lead up from the entrance hall to the lounge.
Outside, a walled garden with a lawn, patio and charcoal barbecue surrounds the heated pool, which is open from Good Friday to 20 September and has no shallow end. The detached pool house has a large sauna you can use all year, and there's a games room with table tennis and darts in the garage.

- Pets: Up to two dogs, £30 per pet per week, in the kitchen and foyer areas, not the carpeted lounge areas

- The provider's general conditions say dogs must be kept on a lead at all times, must not be left unattended in the property unless privately arranged with the owner beforehand, and must be kept out of bedrooms and off furniture.
