Hill Top Farm is a restored farm in the Yorkshire Dales National Park, close to Askrigg in Wensleydale, with wide views over the farmland around it. This listing takes the whole place: seven bedrooms in the farmhouse, over three floors, and four in the outside suites, in converted farm buildings across the driveway.
The Great Hall, with a wood burner in a stone fireplace and seating for 11, and the pool room with its bar and jukebox are the big shared rooms, alongside a library, two sitting rooms and cinema, games and gym rooms. The dining room table seats 14, and the breakfast room has a table for six. The kitchen has a double-oven Aga, and a second, smaller dining kitchen sits on the lower ground floor.
Outside there's a herb garden, chimineas, a barbecue and quieter seating down stone steps. Askrigg, about five minutes away, has a brewery, a tea room and three pubs, and Hawes can be reached on a footpath.
