Foxcote Grange is a country house in three acres of private grounds in Andoversford, with the River Coln running through the village. The gardens look out over open countryside and the Cotswold escarpment, and walks start from the door.
On the ground floor there's a country kitchen with a four-oven Aga, a wood-panelled dining room with one table for 12, a sitting room with an open fire and a drawing room with an open fireplace. A study off the hall has a desk and a day bed.
Outside there's a games barn with a pool table, a zip wire, croquet on the lawn and a terrace with a gas barbecue. The Royal Oak is the village pub, and Bourton-on-the-Water is about 25 to 30 minutes' drive.
