A sociable, open-plan living area includes a hand-made kitchen with high specification appliances, a range cooker, American style fridge/freezer and granite tops; a comfortable sitting room with plenty of room on the corner sofa for everyone to enjoy the enormous wall mounted television; and the wonderful dining room with feature windows and french doors out to the paved terrace and garden with countryside views.

For a little privacy, escape to the second sitting room/snug with plenty more comfortable seating and another television. All five of the beautiful bedrooms have their own en-suite.

Two of the bedrooms (one on the first floor and the other on the second floor) access a roof balcony with the most magnificent views across the countryside, including the impressive Brook Hill House which was once home to author and playwright J. B. Priestley.

Brook Farmhouse Cottages can be found in the peaceful hamlet of Brook. The original stable block for the farmhouse is opposite, and this has also been sympathetically renovated to provide further luxurious self catering accommodation within Bay cottage , Chestnut Cottage , Dapple Cottage and Palomino Cottage .

Brook Farmhouse is ideal for a special, large celebration with family or friends. The Island has many miles of glorious coastline with sandy beaches and numerous attractions, pretty villages and vibrant towns to explore.
