There are four bedrooms including a lovely garden suite which has been added to the rear of the property with a double bedroom, marble clad wet room and a sitting area with television, a good sized sitting room and dining room. The large enclosed garden is great for dogs and children, and the patio to the rear of the property is an ideal spot for enjoying the summer sunshine and plenty of parking to the front.

Situated in a quiet road is is peaceful yet it is near to the coast road making it an ideal base for exploring all that Norfolk has to offer. Nearby it is a short walk to the shop and only a 7 minute walk to the pub and for those more energetic the beach is a 20 minute stroll away. Brancaster Stores and Post Office houses a brilliant deli and coffee shop, as well as stocking plenty of every day goods.

Brancaster Village Hall hosts Bar 71 where good times, drinks, friends and fun are served. It is the social heart of Brancaster village offering a licensed, family friendly bar with the cheapest drinks along the coast, and a calendar of monthly events including live music, discos, quiz nights, bingo, skittles and poker tournaments.

Adjacent is 5 acres of playing fields, including two full size goals, a children's playground along with equipment designed to help coordination and balance, and a family area with picnic tables. There are also new tennis courts. Brancaster offers something for everyone!
