The Big Barn

Situated above the historic 16th century hamlet and private estate of Walton, close to Shakespeare's Stratford-upon-Avon, The Big Barn is comprised of two stunning barn conversions, Coach House and The Piggery, that are linked via a doorway on the ground floor.

The Big Barn is a seamless blend of countryside charm and stylish modern interiors, creating the perfect place for families and friends to gather together and enjoy beautiful views.

This beautiful retreat, linked via the bottom floor, offers plenty of space for time together, with two well-equipped kitchens and two sitting rooms and an abundance of outdoor space with enviable views, perfect for alfresco dining or whiling away the evening watching the sunset.

The Big Barn offers stunning original features, such as exposed oak beams and vaulted bedroom ceilings that have been seamlessly blended with classic country style contemporary living.

The two sitting rooms offer plenty of space to relax as a group after a days spent exploring the surrounding countryside, whilst also offering ample space to relax in the comfort of your own company with your favourite book.

The two kitchens provide ample space to cook up a storm together, both being well-equipped for even the keenest of chefs. There is a spacious dining table with seating for up to eight guests, within the beautiful open-plan living space of the larger of the two barns, that boasts two statement chandeliers that were originally from the London show room of global fashion icon, Vivienne Westwood.

The Big Barn offers four bedrooms, one of which you will find on the ground floor of the larger barn, Coach House, offering a comfortable king-size bed with opulent furnishings and an en-suite bathroom, boasting a roll-top bath and a separate walk-in shower.

Upstairs there are the three remaining bedrooms; the smaller barn, The Piggery, offers one spacious bedroom which is accessed via it's own separate staircase, with a vaulted ceiling and a stunning headboard, accompanied by the cloud-like Loaf mattress, providing an excellent space for a blissful night's sleep, this spacious bedroom also offers an en-suite bathroom with a traditional cast-iron, roll-top bath.

As well as the ground floor bedroom, Coach House offers a further two bedrooms upstairs, with a king-size bed and twin single beds, served by the family shower room with a spacious walk-in shower.

The gardens provide guests with the perfect space for a wonderful alfresco dining experience. A unique garden kitchen with a barbecue and pizza oven is perfectly situated to the side of the outdoor dining area under a stunning pergola, making this the perfect place to mix food, fire, family and friends with the most amazing uninterrupted countryside views.

Elegant french doors lead from the living area out onto the rear terrace with a soothing wood-fired hot tub. An ideal space to sit back and relax after a day exploring and watch the magnificent sunsets or enjoy an alfresco breakfast, all from the privacy of your own garden.

Unlimited one-day fitness passes at an exclusive 25% discount, including use of the indoor swimming pool, steam room, sauna and fully equipped gym and 20% discount on Spa Day Packages and treatments (Monday-Thursday).
