About this property
Roswidden stands on the clifftop above Treyarnon Bay, with direct access onto the coast path and the beach below. A big lawn rolls down towards the sea from a sunny front terrace with a barbecue, nine steps above it.
Downstairs there's a triple-aspect living room with a wood burner and a kitchen with a dining area, along with one bedroom and a shower room. The detached annexe has a games room with table football and table tennis, and a twin bedroom upstairs for two more if needed.
A beach shop and a seasonal cafe sit across the car park from the sand. St Merryn's pub, bakery and fish and chip shop are a few minutes' drive away, and Padstow is 15 minutes by car.
The second twin bedroom, upstairs in the detached annexe, sleeps two more if needed; the annexe also has a shower room WC, a utility room and a games room.
