Rhododendron House is a restored Grade II listed building in a woodland setting outside Lyme Regis, about 2 miles from the beach there.
The kitchen has an island with a breakfast bar and its own table for six, the dining room seats 10, and there's a living room with a large wall-mounted TV as well as a smaller second lounge. French doors lead out from several rooms to patios on both sides of the house, one overlooking the garden.
All five bedrooms are upstairs; the master has an en suite shower room, and two more have their own basin and WC. A village shop and a pub are each half a mile away.
