About this property
No.1 The Vista is one of a collection of eco homes at Willingcott, in a valley two miles inland from Woolacombe's beach, with about 100 acres of Devon countryside around it. It's a four-bedroom house for eight, built around one double-height room for cooking, eating and sitting, with a corner sofa and sliding doors onto a private deck at the back.
Two bedrooms are on the ground floor, one with its own shower room and a door out to the deck. Upstairs, one of the two bedrooms has a small balcony looking over the countryside.
The deck has a hot tub, a gas barbecue and a table for eight, and the shared grounds have a heated outdoor pool from late May to the end of September. The Tarka Trail passes close by and the South West Coast Path is easy to reach. Woolacombe's three-mile beach has rock pools at low tide and a surf school on the sand.
