About this property
Landgreek Barn is a barn conversion on an old farmstead on the outskirts of Polperro, up a farm track with open farmland all around. The farmhouse and an adjacent barn are its nearest neighbours.
It's set on two floors, with a triple-aspect lounge and Juliet balcony by the front door and a kitchen diner opening onto the back garden. The dining table, made from an old barn door, seats eight on benches, and the patio table outside also seats eight.
Grass wraps around the barn, and there's a large sloping paddock for games. Polperro's harbour, pubs and beach are about half an hour's walk downhill, and Lansallos beach is about an hour on foot.

- Getting there: The barn is up a farm track, which the farmer occasionally drives along to reach his fields
