About this property
Grace Cottage is a detached house in the heart of Heacham, close to the sea, with the village shops and post office at the end of the road. Heacham's beaches face west, so the sun sets over the sea.
There are two sitting rooms, each with a log burner, and a kitchen with a range cooker and an extendable table for ten, opening through bi-fold doors onto an enclosed garden with a hot tub. Three bedrooms, a shower room and a study are downstairs; upstairs, the main bedroom has an en suite with a slipper bath and a nursery off it.
Through a gate at the bottom of the garden there's a heated, covered dining area for ten, a barbecue and pizza oven, and a games room with a pool table and darts. Children have a furnished Wendy house and a play area with swings and a slide.
The owners leave a beach wagon, chairs and a buggy for trips to the shore, and the Norfolk Coast Path runs along the promenade towards Hunstanton.
