Situated within 1500 acres of the Notgrove Estate, Cobnut Barn is a luxurious four bedroom, open-plan contemporary barn in a courtyard setting of four barns.
Beautifully furnished, this modern barn enjoys a ground floor open-plan living space with a cosy wood burning stove in the sitting room area along with a sumptuous, large corner sofa, dining area and french doors leading onto its own front courtyard with outdoor furniture and barbecue.
One of the four bedrooms is also located on the ground floor with two single zip and link beds which can be joined together as a king-size if required, along with an en-suite shower room, ideal if disabled access is required. Upstairs on the first floor are three further bedrooms, all with flexible king-size zip and link beds, each with its own shower or bathroom.
Opposite the property, a shared games room with a pool table, table tennis, bar football, beanbags, a television and much more, is the perfect place for our younger guests to make new friends during their stay. Behind the games room is a children's play area.
High up on the Cotswolds Hills, Notgrove village has just 32 cottages and is the same size now as it was in the Doomsday Book of 1086. Stunning scenery, beautiful walks and cycle routes are right on your doorstep along with the estates alpacas, highland cows, donkeys and goats.
The village also boasts a licenced cafe and bar and for those who like to walk to the pub, the neighbouring villages of Naunton and Cold Aston both have thriving local pubs selling local beer.
For larger groups wishing to holiday together, Walnut Barn (accommodating eight guests); Hazelnut Barn (accommodating eight guests) and Chestnut Barn (accommodating six guests) are also available to book, subject to availability.
