Downstairs, a dining room seats 10, and the kitchen has a range cooker, a breakfast bar and its own table for four. Beyond that there's a formal lounge opening onto the garden, a children's sitting room with board games and a separate games area with table football.
Outside, a patio with a gas barbecue and a side deck with loungers and festoon lighting look over a generous garden. New Milton's High Street is a short walk away, and the New Forest is a five-minute drive.
